Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack with Care

  Secure the botanical item in its original box, ensuring all stems and leaves are positioned to prevent damage during shipping.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned greenery, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
